The community feed is the front door: everything happening in the area you're viewing — stories, events, classifieds, notices — newest first, free to browse.
Journalism leads it. Content that exists to sell something isn't removed or hidden. It runs at the pace ads run at, and paid placements carry an Ad label. That pacing is being rolled out now. Quieter towns also get reporting hand-picked from other communities, and every one of those cards says From Across My Local Press, with the place it came from when we know it. If something in your feed looks wrong, send it through the feedback form with a link to the piece and a person will look.
Search lives at the top of every page. Search for content, people, or publications — or just ask a question in plain words ("events this weekend", "who covers the school board?") and you'll be taken to what you asked for.
Follow the journalists and publications you trust; their feeds show only their own work, so following is how your reading becomes yours.
Listen if you'd rather not read — content here can carry spoken narration; see the voice narration guide for how it works.
On your phone: yes, there are real iPhone and Android apps — get the app. Same feed, same account, everything in your pocket.
